Korea Winter trip - Day 1

-6 degree sound reasonable to me, hope it's not too bad.. hehe...

All gear up. Long John, normal top, my motor jacket, scarf, my ugly black windbreaker.

For the ten minutes i actually feel alright, only till the wind came i start to hesitate and got doubts if i can last till end of the day... Haha... Kinda worried...

Just a stone throw away is Teenie Weenie, the shop look so cute, feel like going in to take a look.. Maybe tonight ba.. 

Saw this group of people dancing at the junction so we stopped down and watched for a while. Heard familiar songs and find them pretty good and entertaining. =) And they are quite funny too.. Haha.. 

First early lunch and i wish to eat Xiao Long Bao so we went looking for my favourite xlb maker, Ding Tai Fung. Hehe..

Found the place but they shifted! WTF!

Finally found it after like almost an hour, but it's our first day and we are still not familiar ma.. I ate the most xlb in my entire life.

Today is shopping day! Went to Lotte Duty Free to buy MCM!!! WOO~~

I prefer 5.30pm cos it means knock off! Haha...

The fruits here are too beautiful and look almost like fake props!

We did not go in as i'm not quite appeal by indoor theme park and also we've been inside before.

 

In fact it's been so many years since we came, at least 7years and it still look the same.. Haha..

Seoul we come!

We are taking the afternoon flight which is quite good as we can sleep and prepare ourselves at our own sweet time. Only con is will waste a day but since the tickets are so cheap then i guess it's alright. =) 

Lazy us took a cab to the airport. =p

Saw this piece of  information from the inflight magazine. S$1 an hour of skating at City Hall Square! Wow, that's really cheap. =D

Our flight reached around 10.50pm and we initally wanted to catch the last bus that my sis took the previous time as it will drop us at near the hotel we are staying but looking at the speed at the custom i guess we have to take the late night bus and then take a cab but in end up we saw people rushing to the train so we was hoping maybe it's the last train so we went as well and YUP, we made it and happily dropped our freezing ass on the warm heated seat all the way to Myeongdong. =D

Read from some travel blogs saying that we have to get the top-up card instead of single trip ticket. =) The good thing about top-up card is you don't have to keep thinking how much to pay for the trip and waste time buying the subway ticket all the time which i knew we will be using the mode of transport very frequent.

Best of all, the ride is not expensive at all!!! YEAH!!

When we reached our station, we could not locate the hotel so went asking around and finally found it with the aid of a kind staff at the 7-11. It's not that we lazy to find but it's freezing out there. Haha.. We hurried to the hotel and was so glad it's so warm inside. Haha... Quickly checked in and unpack as we have a long day tomorrow. =) So excited.. Hope it will be snowing tomorrow. :)

 Lately she loves to draw what she saw and they are not bad at all. Well, at least a lot better then me.

Day 2 of Primary school life

 Day 2! She said she likes her school, YEAH!! =)

They are so lucky, only 2 days of school and it's weekend already.

They are having PE lessons again. 

 

  

 

 

 

  

Their classroom is at level 2 and canteen is at level 3. There's also a library which is on the ground level. =)

  

They are proceeding to the canteen for their recess time.

 The seconday students kept asking her why she doesn't want to buy food from the canteen and she got scared and started crying. A bunch of fools who kept pressing a kid for an answer.

 Managed to calm her down and she's eating very bitterly . Poor thing.. 

 Her timetable

 For the these 3 days, her schoolbag is seriously heavy. They should have told us to bring all of it during the first 2 days when the parents in the school as well.

After we brought her back to rest and have her lunch, we went for our lunch as well. This fellow got free chicken wings and she always brought her food back to eat instead of eating on the spot. So cute.. 

Sigh.. I miss my bebe yan. =( Hope she's happy now..
